Art Intake will take place at the War Memorial Building in Downtown Trenton. Address: 1 Memorial Dr, Trenton, NJ 08608 1pm - 7pm on Friday, June 28th, and 8am - 12pm, Saturday, June 29th. Artists will line up at the front entrance of the War Memorial Building. Please make sure that your 2D work is ready to hang with a hangar or wire. Artworks and Art All Night are not responsible for artwork that break due to improper hanging methods. Sculptures should be dropped off as early as possible, accompanied by a pedestal or display method. You will be provided with an index card with your registration information; this card is the only way you will be able to pick up your work. IF you cannot pick up your work in person, all you will need to do is give the card to the designated person you wish to pick up your work for you. If you lose your card, you will need to have a form of picture ID with you to retrieve your art and you MUST be the person to pick up, no exception. Artwork MUST be picked up at the end of the event, or it will be considered abandoned. Since we are in a new event space this year, wall space is limited. We can accommodate up to 1,000 pieces of art, but if we run out of space, we may have to close art intake early. No guarantee will be made that we will be able to display all the registered art, so the earlier you drop off, the better. We urge artists to make every attempt at dropping off earlier on Friday. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
